Previously, the traditional process required printing the design first and then applying the foil in a separate, secondary step, which was both time-consuming and costly.

Our new technology revolutionizes this by combining sublimation-ready performance fabric with precisely registered metallic foil effects in a single press. By achieving both the digital print and foil print simultaneously, we significantly reduce production time and costs. Furthermore, this breakthrough allows for flawless registration—enabling us to apply foil exactly where we want it. As a result, it is now possible to implement highly delicate and intricate designs that were previously too complex to achieve.
